Rod is a graduate of the Evergreen Valley College Paralegal Program, and joined SCCoLPA in June of 2009. Rod is starting his second term as President of SCCoLPA. Rod is dedicated to the continuing education of SCCoLPA members as well as the continued growth of SCCoLPA and LSI. Rod is also serving as LSI's 2013 Annual Conference Chairman. Rod has previously served as LSI's Legal Procedure Chair. | |

| Maria Patterson presently works in the San Jose office of Littler Mendelson, P.C., the nation's largest employment and labor law firm. Maria holds a Paralegal Certificate, as a graduate of the Paralegal Studies Program of Evergreen Valley College. This is Maria's second term on the SCCoLPA Executive Board. Maria has also served as Executive Secretary. She will be working to build our present membership roster and market SCCoLPA to the community. | |

| Linda Neuman has been in the legal field for 32 years. The last 26 years she has been working as a Legal Secretary for the Law Offices of Huali G. Chai, P.C., which specializes in personal injury litigation. Since joining this Association in 1987, she has, over the years, participated in a wide variety of activities and chairmanships and also served on its Executive Board. Linda is now looking forward to serving on the Board again and embracing the duties of Treasurer for the upcoming term. | |

Elise attained the designation of California Certified Legal Secretary in 2009 and is a member of LSI’s CCLS Certifying Board. Elise also represents SCCoLPA as a member of the Bay Area Legal Forum. | |

The firm’s practice areas include Civil Litigation, Family Law, Employment Law, and Appellate Law. Elena has been in the legal field since 1993. She joined SCCoLPA in 1997, and earned the designation of California Certified Legal Secretary in March 2002. Since becoming a member of the association, she has served as its Treasurer and CCLS Chair. | |
